Here are some frequent questions
New password
Go to “Sign in” and select the “Forgot your password?” link. Type your Partner ID and press the “Send” button.
We will send you a link via email that is valid for approx. 15-20 minutes. Click on the link and create a new password.
Change password
Log in to your Partner Back Office. Sign in to your Back Office > User information > Change password.
Follow the instructions and select "Update".
Log in to your Partner Back Office. Sign in to your Back Office > User information > Partner account details.
Tick the checkbox (“Yes, I wish to receive... newsletters...”) and select “Update”.
